  Have just found my 'goto' hair salon!! Dean cut my hair today using clippers,scissors, thinning shears and for my unruly wavy long thick hair it came out great! He is a man of few words and you're not paying for glitzy environment, music played way too loud or constant idle banter. He did listen to me and looked at the photo I provided and went to work. He paid attention to details such as the ear jaw line and nape of my neck etc and didn't cut out my wave or cut too much off the length as requested.
  The shampoo lady was competent and the products used were top notch leaving my hair frizz fee, soft and manageable without having to add a lot of product. No pushing products etc and talking while water was running like some places. She was careful not to let water get into my ears nor getting my shirt wet.
  My hair is not easy to style as I like to keep my wave / long hair and Dean did a great job thinking it out providng texture and most importantly keeping my natural wave.
  I have been looking for a hair stylist for a while now and have had haircuts from $200 on down always hoping that I can find someone that I can stay with. I read the reviews and do my homework and it's not easy to find a stylist that you can make you look better then what you came in looking like. I don't need someone to cut my hair, I need someone who can listen to what I want / work from a picture and give me the look I want.
